Indeed, and I won't take the risk to pay $2,500 or more for a synth that is known for its very unstable oscillators.
I paid a very lot more for my L.A.M.M. but I have a safer feeling (haven't got any problems); ánd you still have the extra features like full MIDI as well. With that features, its sound, and its polyphony I think it's worth every single $...

Auction ended at $1500.00 with reserve not met. Is this guy crazy or what?

I've had my MemoryMoog (plus) for about 2 decades and I STILL gig with it. Kevin did a major overhaul on it a couple of years ago, and it's in fine working order. I also have a Voyager. They are both incredible instruments. The Voyager for obvious reasons. There are kick-ass sounds that you will NEVER get on any other instrument - never. Kevin also replaced a whole bunch of tiny little parts in the keyboard that put it back to it's orginal condition, especially fixing that lateral clacking sound. Still a crappy feel in comparrison, but at least it feels factory new again.

that lateral clacking sound.
Panasonic actions.
Now I see why you want Moog to come out with a keyboard controller.
Do you ever play the MM using the Voyager keyboard through MIDI?
I'm curious what your thoughts are about that type of action for polyphonic playing?

Interestingly enough, not yet! If you remember my post regarding my midi cable problem, well, that has snuffed out my rig's midi capability so that I was force to do some crazy work-arounds. Now, I'm looking for a new place to rent and I'm inbetween bands at the moment. So my rig is packed away

But I assure you, that is going to be one of the first things I do. Can't wait to set one for high priority and the other low and blast away.
