Maybe contact Moog support - I know its not supplied by Moog but this service does represent them. I would be very surprised if they did not jump on this and get a very quick resolution.

Good luck dude.. Let us know when things are sorted..

I sent an email yesterday to Moog so we'll see what happens. But befroe that I also sent an email to SoundTower which I haven't heard anything. Personally I don't like how the whole system is setup for this. I'll let you know how it goes.

So you got your code within 24 hours?
Not bad at all.
And even 48 hours are very good.
Remember the times when people used envelopes (not on filters or VCAs  ) and stamps to ship such code to the buyers.

I remember the envelopes. (all of them)
and ... I think we should respect the fact that Bob and the guys at Moog didn´t make a proper software editor "to follow" the Voyager,
... they may have used their time making a very good sounding synthesizer !!

I´m just glad someone else made it!

and ... is the price an issue ?

I received it within 48hrs of it being posted to my account. Certainly not bad. But with all this instant download and instant payment verifcation options available I expect faster :)

I just really needed it for my patches. It's all good and I'm a happy camper now!
