I'm also onboard with the one-knob-per-function analog poly. I could go either way on the screen though (I thoroughly enjoy naming patches--one of the favorites on my voyager, F*CK YOUR GUITAR, ha). But, I could deal with the lack of a screen as long as I could still save my patches, at least to a number, like the Nord Lead.

I have to say, I got a little excited when I saw the subject of this thread . . . but then I saw the synth. I've been debating for over a year whether or not to get a Prophet 08 (and that's not a good sign, the only decision I made with the Voyager was, can I afford this?). It just doesn't seem to offer what I'd ideally want from an analog poly. And this new thing just seems like a further step in the wrong direction, for my taste anyway.

Someone, please, give us what we want, a knob-per-function analog poly.

Hey, here's an idea: how about to get around the menu-diving modulation problem, we include a small patch bay on the board, a la Voyager XL?
