Why CV to Midi ?

Pitch to Midi works well with a Sonuus 12m Midiport ...
Been using this for 3 years .... and even persuaded Sonuus to do some scale programming !

Now anyone got a hint as to getting Midi note-on/off out of a Theremini ?

At what point exactly do you want your Theremini to output a Note-on or Note-off message? That is the trickiest point to define, as the typical use is to fade notes in or out with the amplitude antennae. Perhaps a trigger could be generated at an exact distance from the antennae? You'd also need a switch on the Theremini to activate/deactivate the Note-on/off function.

It seems like you've put some serious thought into this already. Curious as to how you'd see it implemented.
