@ alien 666: you know what, a long time ago, i decided to calibrate it,
lol, got a blue spark out of the back of the trim access, so that sort of cured
me of messing with it too much ;)

here's a little monosynth VST made in synthedit a while back y'all might enjoy
when you're not near your hardware. my first effort in SE, sort-of based on ..
any single oscillator monosynth

Actually (glancing quickly at the title of the thread), if Moog ever does a virtual analog hardware instrument, I think 'Moog Heresy' would be the ideal name :wink:

ha, yeah...i'm already making 'heresy303'... ;)

and have gone a lot further with synthedit than that first effort,
but have no idea how i'd get that dirty rogue sound.

but on another level, SE can teach/show you a lot without blowing
anything up. it's what got me thinking about these mods again.
i currently have a basic 3 osc synth with link/indiv controls on most
things, LFOs, FM, routings, performance parameters and randomize
on everything. it produces some very plausible sounds but i still
prefer analog.
