Can you remove the knob? Im sure they can take care of it really easy. I KNOW that would be frustrating though!

If they aren't answering, keep in mind that the south is dealing with several rounds of snowstorms and their office might be closed. Surely you won't have to send it back just to tighten a pot.

Ok I went out and got a set of really tiny Allen wrenches and fixed it myself. As I suspected the nuts on the two free spinning pots were just not tightened. Not at all hard to fix but not the kind of thing QA should be overlooking. I contacted sweetwater and emailed Moog to let them know about the trouble and my marred initial Moog buying experience. We will see what they have to say.

I just got mine...

A question (probably stupid but i was not able to get it) : how can i find the serial n. you talk about? where is it located?
