Baker69, I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts that a polite & respectful call to the CS dept. would net you your stickers, & you would have them before the end of the month.

You're quite right Timmy, it's nothing to worry about really, whether the item is worth $1 or $50 is neither here nor there it's just the principle of the matter.

Moog obviously thought it was a nice gesture and a sort of 'thank you' for taking the time to go their web site and registering their T3, but for them then not to do anything about it rather lets them down as far as their customer relationship goes.

To summarise, no I'm not too bothered about not receiving it, it just riles me when companies promise to do things and then don't fulfil their promises.

I really wouldn't give a crap if they didn't say they would send me one.The fact that they won't send me one makes me feel like a dork.Ok,I am a dork, but moog doesn't have to contribute to my condition!

I got a sticker when I registered my MP201, but for the life of me, I cannot work out any combination of my T3 serial number that works to get it registered on the site. I sent an email to customer service, no reply. Anyone work out how to get it to work? I know it's a problem often mentioned, but I've never come across an answer.

You enter the code number on the letter that came with the T3, not the serial number.

I'd rather have news of a (free or not) T3 editor. Maybe this forum should be renamed just the Minitaur forum.

It's still a line item on our Engineering Priorities list. The dream remains alive. Hope this helps to know.

Thanks Amos, at least it gives some hope. It seemed the lack of Moog interaction on this forum regarding T3 meant it was a done deal and left 'as is'.

Thanks for bringing me out of my downer.

Amos,
You probably know this all too well but your name means "The bearer of burdens".

love both tauri so much — but would love to see the T3s 'transpose' function work on the Minitaur and the Minitaurs REV2 CV mapping work on the T3 ...and c/v mapping on PHATTYs too :D
