As I understand it, it is still suffering from some growing pains, but Brad is actively following and correcting firmware bugs that might have creeped in.

Eh, they come and they go. I keep them somewhere around 14 or 15. I could use to let go of 4 or 5 of them, maybe pick up a second phaser once again. Anyone wanna trade me a phaser for a ring mod? I certainly don't need three of them...

In a nutshell, I didn't like it.
A potentially fantastic machine on paper, but it is not a mature product yet. And some of its problems are hardware design based, and not correctable in firmware.
Only the aesthetics and the ergonomy were excellent on it.
