There are a lot of females who enjoy synths.
My own wife enjoys playing with them.
She likes Roland System 700s the most, followed by Buchla 200 modulars, Arp 2600s and Arp 2500s.

As a follow-up to my original statement: What I should have said was "I don't personally know any". I think what I said kind of sounded like "women who play synthesizers do not exist", and that's not what I meant. I'm sorry if I came off a bit brash, I did not intend to belittle our female community members. I guess the feeling I was originally trying to express was unclear, so I will rephrase:
I wish there were more of you. I overstated myself, and I ought to think things through a little more before I speak. As you were.

Well, if the specs posted on Gearslutz are legit, this thing is just about perfect. It does seem kind of like the next logical jump up from the minitaur. Makes perfect sense for this guyyyyy!!!!

Either she's toasted or she has spent way too much time messing with the buchla. That happened to me when I got my mini in the mail. I sat for 18 hours messing with it without food only breaking for the bathroom. I have never been so spaced in my life, and that's saying a lot.

There's a story in ANALOG DAYS, about how she lived in her small NYC apt. with nothing but that modular and how heartbroken she would become whenever she had to ship it back to California and wait for Don to repair it. I could totally relate to that!
