Note-Synce ON
Note-Synce ON
minitaur is my first synth, and im note quiet cetting the whole midi/cc issue... how to i turn on note-sync and leave it on for default?
Re: Note-Synce ON
Do you have a MIDI controller? Easiest way would be to assign the 'Note Sync' CC# (CC#81 according to the manual (page 22)) to a knob or slider on the controller. Then you can control it's state with this control. The range of the control will be 0-127. 0-63 = Note Sync OFF, 64-127 = Note Sync ON.
Re: Note-Synce ON
There is no way to leave it on as a "default" - meaning every time you turn on the unit it's automatically on...
however it's easy to turn on using the Minitaur Editor and you can save presets in the Editor that have Note Sync enabled.
Or in your DAW or sequencer if you're using one, put the appropriate MIDI CC message at the beginning of the MIDI track that is controlling the Minitaur.

Re: Note-Synce ON
Depends on what controller you have. Check the manual. Should be easy to dodasuberes wrote:how do you assign a cc?

Sorry to change the topic for a second, but this is the 2nd time I've seen someone say something about turning the Minitaur on/off. How are you all doing so?Amos wrote:...meaning every time you turn on the unit...

Re: Note-Synce ON
I just plug it in to turn it on, and unplug it to turn it off.BezO wrote:Sorry to change the topic for a second, but this is the 2nd time I've seen someone say something about turning the Minitaur on/off. How are you all doing so?Amos wrote:...meaning every time you turn on the unit...
