When I first saw this I got so excited, but that's only because I was looking at it on my phone.
Now that I get a closer look. It looks like a novelty moogerfooger radio tuner.
But it does beg the question with its green switch, and various hints online that the original 106 idea was incorporated into the 107. Perhaps they are going to reformulate the 107's Frequency Modulator and make it midi syncable as the 106M. Just another speculation.

There was a great youtube video for the MF/FM when it was "announced" on April Fools day a couple of years ago. Is there still a wroking link to the video?
