upgrade to 3.1 normal behaviour or faulty upgrade????

Hi all,

just upgraded my LP from 2.20s to the latest 3.1 firmware. i upgraded the firmware by MIDI using a macbook via a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB. everything seemed to of upgraded ok; however, the first 50 presets were replaced with test presets to ensure the parameters were all working, (filter pole type, retrigger LFO etc). i wrote over the first test preset with my own patch to check if the LP was saving ok, turned off the unit and switched it back on; the preset was there along with the newly acquired set of test presets. after 15 minutes or so of playing my old presets had returned replacing the new test ones butthe patch that i had just saved is still here???

is this normal or is there a fault with my upgrade?

I know with my stage 1, I had to turn my lp off then back on again to get my patches to show up.
