Re: Moog Lap Steel Video
Awesome! I think this will be my next instrument.
Re: Moog Lap Steel Video
I'd love one! Except, I'll be broke for a while. Then there's the .com modular, the theremin, and the multitude of Slim Phattys and rack cases I want...before I can even THINK about buying this! BTW...anyone know of cheap rack cases? The ones I keep finding are either overkill, or too expensive...
Minitaur, CP-251, EHX #1 Echo, EHX Space Drums/Crash Pads, QSC GX-3, Pyramid stereo power amp, Miracle Pianos, Walking Stick ribbon controller, Synthutron.com, 1983 Hammond organ, dot com modular.

Great. It actually sounds musical, which is more than I can say for most of the demos of the Moog Guitar, which still sounds like a processed guitar when it sounds good at all, or simply sounds like crap to me in every demo I've heard so far. This has real potential, I think.

If it's for a studio and not for gigging, build your own. Buy a set of rails so the you don't have to worry about threads and vertical spacing. Build a case or find a piece of ikea type furniture that has the correct dimensions. By far the cheapest and most sturdy way, if they are not going to be moved a lot.Voltor07 wrote:I'd love one! I thought about that route. But I was most concerned about the particle board warping...like on my bookshelf. I'll look into this option again. Thanks!Sir Nose wrote:If it's for a studio and not for gigging, build your own. Buy a set of rails so the you don't have to worry about threads and vertical spacing.
