hahaha - i don't know. mid march siobhan said "When we are ready to ship, I will send you an email confirming total. You should be seeing this in the next few weeks." not sure how but maybe i made someone angry or something. it's all good. they'll get here sooner or later.

how are you enjoying yours? i read R602's post over on John Wetton's forums where R went into great detail how pleased he is with his T3s. R tested side by side with his T1s - it appears everyone doing the side by side test says T3s are 99.9999999999999% identical to the T1s. what's your take?

Its a travesty for me to post this because everyone who hasn't gotten theirs will think me unworthy....but I am so busy now, I don't have all the time I d like to sit down with it.

Its some of the most intense sounding bass I have ever heard. I dont have an amp with enough wattage to push its potential unfortunately. Im doing some interesting sequencing with it though, and I have my Micro in on the action for three voice of insane synth. IM going to have a break coming up here in a couple of weeks in which I plan to really lay some stuff down and get some audio files up and MAYBE see if I can't get a decent video going.

I'm still left in the lineup. I tried emailing Moog to see if they can give me an estimated time, but I have not recieved any response. Is there a different email adress than the form you fill out on the website?

I still have my patience, but I really want to destroy stuff with the bass! I've tried using that email page before for a different email and I didn't get a response for that either so I was wondering if there us a different address people use.

another week to cross off the calendar and no Taurus pedals. moving forward with completing the tracks at hand. will eliminate the bass pedal parts altogether rather than record and Taurus impostor. would canceling my case order get it here any faster? :)

Hey Timmy:

Definitely pulling for you brother. I'm convinced that the only reason I got mine a bit quicker was passing on the case. Whether or not it's true, I have no idea. I figured I could always order one from Moog at a later date, if I couldn't find one through a 3rd party vendor. BTW, my T3 showed up without so much as a scratch on the shipping box, so sometimes you can get lucky with UPS or the other carriers.

Hang in there!

thanks for the info patobrujo. come on cases! come on! maybe i will postpone finishing those tracks......... wait another week to see what happens............

R - thanks for the support :) ya know, i was going to have the case made by Keal to match all the other cases I have but i wanted to give Moog the biz. i doubt their markup on the case is all that much (or maybe it is) but i wanted to be supportive. i really like Moog. i like their work. i like their attitude. i like their vibe. i have never met nor do i have insight into their individual characters yet i get a really strong feeling that they are passionate about their products. this i can get behind. this i appreciate.

so, i bought the freaking case. :)
(and i do not regret it one bit!)

I was informed that two more weeks are required for my T3 shipping due to delay of some parts.

So my Taurus was supposed to ship on the 19th, but that didn't happen. So I will know more next week. At least I will have it soon!
