This is a System 55 minus the 960 sequencer and 961 interface. What I'm curious about are the "R.A. Moog Co." stickers on the rear. Also, wasn't this item posted about a year or so ago??

It was posted some time ago, but I guess no one wanted to start the auction off at $30,000.

It's not a System 55.
It's a System 55A which lacks the sequencer.
It has been relisted multiple times and the starting bid drops in small increments each time.
He is asking too much for it.
