Joined the Voyager OS posse

Yesterday I became a proud owner of a whitewash voyager os. Many thanks to the forum member who mentioned their experience with one at rogue music. I ended up calling rogue and ordering that same one. The price was pretty unbeatable and it arrived in excellent condition. Basically looked unplayed.

I would post a pic but I am sure everyone has seen these.
I will if yall really want me to. Still looking for a stand that will let me put my fizmo and voyager over my rhodes 73.

This is a great forum. I am a long time lurker but would not register until I was an actual owner.
much respect

Congrats man, Moog's are very special, and now you have a piece of history that people will forever envy.

If you want to show off your new girl try taking shots in scenic locations (like your roof, hehe) or at least have something interesting behind her.

Have fun with your new friend!

Congrats man!
It was love a first sight/touch/sound for me when I encountered that one, so I'm glad it went to a good home, before it collected too much dust!

I wonder if the configuration I set it to was how it was when it got to you? That would be weeeeird...It was by no means tweaked into a pleasant sound when I got to it, and after setting it to the default blue markers it didn't take long to make some awesome sounds for it. I made one I've been trying to do on the Phatty which sounded like a large sliding door straight out of Star Wars, pretty cool stuff.

Best of Luck!

I am seriously jealous of that Voyager/Rhodes combo. Two of my favorite sounding instruments.

oh and by the way i doubt it was the same settings you were playing with since it was just a bunch of subsonic rumble going on when i first hit the keys. i thought about it though when i played it if that was how you left it.

i really am glad that you mentioned it on this forum. i definitely definitely appreciate it.

ive been at trying to get a minimoog for more than a few years now. it finally became a reality after selling a bunch of records on ebay and saving money.
i was jealous too long of people who had pics up of their super cool moogs and what not. i had to stop being a hater and join the club haha

That is a sweet looking combo, like they belong together.

The serial number is on the back.

it's on a plate on the back of the swing-up control panel, sorta behind the headphone jack

Dude, where is your Jupiter? Or your P5? Camera shy? Or just too precious to have the Voyager stacked over them?

thats a nice combo right there too. i played with one of those not too long ago. it took me a long while to figure out the signal flow. i should give it another go.

my synth setup is pretty minimal but i can make the sounds i need with what i have. thank god because id be in serious debt at all the synths out there i wouldnt mind owning.
