Me too, I put a down payment on the LP at the beginning of December and then paid the rest off at the end of the month, just before the expiry period. So I'm wondering whether it'll go down as I purchased it at the beginning of the month, or the end?
I'm guessing it has nothing to do with how and when you PAID but more when Moog received your documentation unless you ordered direct from the factory or something (ie: not a dealer.)

I was sitting in my office today and a UPS truck showed up and dropped a box off. I had no idea what it was, but was pleasantly surprised to see the CP-251 I had been waiting so patiently for. Now I just can't wait to get off work. I expected to wait longer as I had ordered mine mid December, but had trouble getting an original receipt from Musicians friend and did not get the rebate form out until close to the deadline.

Hey, that sounds like me - december ordered, latejanuary, rebate sent. My UPS guy comes at 5pm, maybe it's my lucky day.

I sent my rebate in december and I still haven't seen mine either.

Hopefully a random box will show up at my door very soon. :(

You'll get it eventually. Did the gigbag come in a Voyager box like mine?

Yes it was the famed Voyager box, which added to the "it must be the cp-251" because it's in the voyager line. But naw, if I was smart I would have called and said, yeah, I also have a cp-251 coming to me, so if you can just throw it in the same box, I'll get out of your hair .

got my CP-251 a few days ago and have been going crazy making sirens and amazing wobbly LFO basslines. for those that havent got theirs yet, keep in mind i bought my LP and sent the rebate off a few days after the offer was posted. I'm guessing i got one of the first ones and it came just a few days ago, so don't give up hope!!

now, if only the LP had more CV ins!!!! time to look at getting some foogers 8) luv u modular synthesis!

I hope that there will be an announcement when all the rebate CP-251's are sent. That way if we were expecting one and didnt get it, we could know we were not just immpatient but actually snubbed.

i hope the distributor overhere can find out from moog what is happening.
apparently we cannot rely on moog to get properly informed, i'm sad to see.

I have emailed Moog a few times in the past few months about the status of the CP-251 and have received very informative responses within hours. You can't expect them to read the forum and respond to everything here otherwise there would be no time to build the products we all know and love.

My last email on 3/19 was responded to with the following - maybe this will help calm the masses:

"The CP-251 Offer had an overwhelming response, we're a small little company and we're doing what we can to get these out to all our Mooger Fans! Thanks for your support! You made your purchase 12/26. We have shipped through orders made in November, so it's going to be a while yet, end of April- early May would be my guess."

So there you have it. Extrapolate your purchase/rebate date and cut them some slack in the meantime.

Actually, they do read the forum and respond. Far more than any other company I've ever dealt with.

CP-251s are shipping now. Moog is a bit behind schedule, but when you consider that they said to expect 8-10 weeks for delivery, they're not actually that far behind schedule.

So chill, everyone'll get their CP.
