Any news, Amos?
Still working on the Multipedal. At this point I think we expect it to ship in about three weeks. This means we're only running about a week behind the schedule I suggested back in May.

Hang in there,

Amos
Still hanging ...
Any news?

Ha ha...you guys are funny, haiku-ish and Amos! Even though I don't have a TE myself, I can definitely understand the concerns of Tribute owners as well as the time constraints Amos and the others have to get the multipedal out of the shrine, or um, I mean, factory.

From my view it would be fine if the Tribute came back into the near future time schedule before one more new project puts it at the end of the row again...

1½ years since I bought my LP, and I still can't see the original bug fix coming. This is getting totally unacceptable!

Moog people, you are facing a situation where people have bought your products and will think twice before doing it again.

I was thinking of byuing a Voyger after my LP, but I am not sure anymore. Maybe it's not worth spending money on things that might not work properly and where the manufacturing company doesn't care about it.

No seriously, I would not reject the Voyager. If you ever get the chance to mess with one if you haven't already, its a monster instrument.

I can totally relate to your frustration, but you have to understand they are a small company in a period of transition. THey haven't forgotten about the problem i assure you.

Eric

Actually, I don't care if the Voyager is a great instrument, or the size of the Moog company. If they haven't forgot about the TE bug it's even worse, because they haven't fixed a solution for nearly 2 years. There will always be a need to get new customers, but they have seem to forget that old customers might buy again - if they are satisfied. Otherwise not.

As a customer I need a reliable manufacturer of the products I buy. Especially if it cost that much as a Voyager.

I guess when we see the LPTE memory upgrade kit the OS will be soon to follow. It is required I believe before v2.00 can be loaded.

They are a small company who already have our money. We just want properly functioning instruments for the money we paid...
