500 Series Analog Delay Editor not working in recent OSX

Post by Roughmoog » Wed Aug 14, 2024 12:24 pm

Hi Moog Team,
with current versions of OSX it's not possible to either install the stand alone app, nor to use the plug-in you provide (tested in Logic Pro and Reaper). It simply doesn't work anymore.
Unfortunately lot's of the great advantages that the 500 Delay offers, can't be controlled in a user friendly way. Are you planning to update your software for current DAWs/systems? If not would you consider to open the source code so that the Moog community would be able to contribute and find a solution?
Looking forward to hearing from you and cheers from Berlin

Someone from Moog confirmed to me that they will not be updating the editor for the 500 series delay. I was told to figure out how to edit the delay with a midi controller via midi cc messages. I noticed some folks have created max for live editors for some of the moogerfoogers but not for the 500 series. I'm kind of surprised nobody has created an alternate editor since Moog have provided all the midi cc info in the manual.

Can you tell me how to create max for some moogerfooger for which series?
