MiniMoog Model D App - Free to existing iOS users of the app?
I was excited to see that the new MAC OS version of the Model D app is available for free to the iOS users of the application. I currently use the iOS version and love it! However, when I go to the App Store on my MAC, the cost is listed as $24.99. Can you please explain how it is free for current users of the iOS application? Thanks!

It showed the price tag for the macOS version here too, but once you hit the actually buy button, you get the info "this update is free". Just be sure you use the very same apple ID you bought the iOS version of the Model D App.
keep on turning these Moog knobs

It sounds like you're encountering some confusion regarding the pricing of the Model D app for macOS. While it was announced that the new macOS version would be free for existing iOS users, there could be a couple of reasons you're seeing a price of $24.99 in the App Store:
Account Verification: Sometimes, the App Store requires verification of your account or previous purchases to grant free access to certain apps. Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID that you used to purchase or download the iOS version.
App Store Listing Issues: There might be a delay or a glitch in the App Store where the app hasn't updated its pricing model for existing users. This can happen shortly after a release.
Trial vs. Full Version: It's also possible that the version listed in the App Store is a separate, full-featured version that has a cost, while a limited or basic version might be free for current users.
To resolve this, you might consider checking the developer’s website for any specific instructions on accessing the free version if you're an existing iOS user, or you could reach out to their support for clarification.
For more details on this, you can check out the official website of the Model D app or their customer support section.
