Moog Little Phatty Stage 2 debugging

Dear all,

I have a problem with an Moog Little Phatty Stage 2, I can’t get him into firmware flash mode.
USB menu is simply not there, power on with master button do nothing. No USB connection possible (windows/ MacOS)
When I send the upgrade via sysex midi-connection, it looks he is getting programm data and lights behaving like a disco with switching through different programms. So not working.
It seems this one was badly flashed, I just bought it.

Is there any chance to provide me the hex files ?
especially the Stage Data file

I need, which is currently also installed:

Stagesystem _v2_2_588.hex
StageData_v2_2_587.hex

I bought an Silicon Lab USB debug adapter and will try it with this.

Could someone of you kindly provide me the needed 2 hex files to do so ?
Or maybe also a newer firmware if it will do it.

Hello, don't know if you solved this problem meantime, if not I suggest you open a ticket to Moog Support on https://moogmusic-help.freshdesk.com and they will assist you and provide all required files too.

I had to do the same to unbrick my LP TE (different .hex files) and they were super helpful
