Minitaur MIDI latency inconsistencies?

Despite extensive troubleshooting, my Moog Minitaur exhibits erratic MIDI latency behavior, producing inconsistent note delays and unpredictable parameter movements.

I've been seeing some strange MIDI behavior on mine. It isn't responding to all the notes I send it.
Thinking of cracking it open to see if anything is loose.
Taurus III, Digitone, Dark Energy, OB6, MG1, Grandmother, Blofeld

As far as I know, the Minitaur supports polychaining. A bad setting could have it playing one not out of n. Have you explored this track?
