I have a Slim Phatty which has a "LPUSB INVALID SEND LP USB SYX" error at start up and additionally it have a Slim v1.1 Bootloader BUT Little Phatty Stage 3.x Firmware on it. I got it like this second hand.
At this state it has no sound via Midi or USB, Potentiometer LEDs worked but knobs and the lights where kind of wrong interconnected (obviously because of the wrong firmware on it).
I try to flash the Slim Firmware 3.x from MOOG website on it, but with no success Display stays at "Please send firmware". I tried it with different speeds ...
- via USB (I can see Slim USB driver in the System) on PC (Win 64 and 32) and MAC (El Capitan)
- via Midi also on PC and Mac and Alesisi iO26, Novation Remote 25 MIDI and a cheep Miditec 4x4
- via Midi and with disconnected USB module
