SUB 25 transpose issue

Post by Joe_Gubb_F » Thu Jun 08, 2023 10:45 am

My Sub 25 seams to have to shifted about 7 semitones out of tune.

I can fix it with eh transpose feature but this is only on a preset level so I have to do it each time I change a preset and it doesn't stay when I power on/off.

is there a global transpose I can do that will re-save it to be correct.

Hi Joe_Gubb_f and welcome to the forum!

Do you mean only one preset is out of tune?

Thank you for the welcome!

Unfortunately not even if you activate the panel it’s currently 7 semitones out.

So you mean it's 7 steps off for all presets and the panel mode too?

Seems like a calibration problem, then.

Not sure if reinstalling the firmware would solve that, but other Sub users might help here... guys?
In any case, if you have to do this, strongly consider archiving your patches before anything.

The article was well-written and engaging, keeping me interested from start to finish.
