Sub 37 editor librarian manual

I am not finding a users manual for the sub 37 librarian / editor nor do I see a help menu on my Mac. Where do I find something like that? I've used one before but I have no .pdf file I am finding online. Is there a hidden help menu? All I see at the top of the page on my Mac is the Apple menu and a Sub37 Standalone that only provides services, or hiding or quitting the editor.

As far as I know there is no manual, I've also looked. However if you have a specific question feel free to ask, I use it as a librarian quite a bit.

I do have the manual. It is included in the zip file as far as I remember, however the .pdf is not copied to a specific location but left on the download folder
