TOLEX XL Dim Backlight

Post by rpernett » Tue May 21, 2019 2:22 am

Is there any way to brighten that backlight? I bought mine new and I've always had to have an external light on it to see it better.

Thanks,
Rob

Can't you put a gooseneck lamp on it? There's a port on the rear panel for it.

does the tolex version have the knob on the right side of the keyboard? adjusts brightness of backlight, on electric blue etc

or are you talking about the LCD screen contrast? there is a menu in "panel" that allows you to adjust that

The XL control panels are not backlit. Just the LCD display. I’ve always had lights on it, but when I turned them off I realized the stock backlighting was borderline unusable in some lightning situations.

There is no knob for the light that I’m aware of.
