GM keyboard velocity

Post by Ted H » Sun Oct 21, 2018 7:44 am

In making the "KBD VEL OUT" patch to the Filter's "CUTOFF IN" (as suggested in the manual), I do get some velocity control, but it's a bit extreme/touchy. So I tried the Attenuator, with limited success. Anyone have better ideas for getting a realistic velocity-sensitive keyboard on the Grandmother?

Try using the ENV AMT IN instead of the CUTOFF IN. In this way you will have the envelope available after the velocity you are sending from the keyboard
