What are you using to sequence your Minitaur with?
Just as the subject says. I'm looking for a sequencer for the Minitaur. I've tried using my OT, but don't like it much. I tried using my Avalon Basslines sequencer and I do like it a lot. But I'm possibly selling my Avalons. So I am looking at a dark time from Doepfer, but I'm not sure if it's going to do what I want. I like the Avalons sequencer as you can so gate lengths on the trigs. So what do you think? Anybody use a Dark time and are satisfied with it?

I'm using an Arturia Keystep with my Minitaur: works quite well, inexpensive, easy to setup basslines, even has some CV functionality
Also have a Dark Time, that is slaving a pair of Dark Energy's. The DT is great too, but harder to setup a bassline with, as there are no keys. I use it for more random stuff

Is that you Bob Rock ?
Sequencers are like synths. You have to try a few untill you find what works best for you.
I haven’t tried Dark Time but am mostly satisfied sequencing the Minitaur from a Cirklon.

Pardon the bump. I've been away and am getting back up to speed.
MPC Live for me. I'm digging it, but I typically just play my synths. With the recent addition of the arpeggiator, I may try something more sophisticated.Tsaddeous wrote:I use an MPC-1000 it works great !!!
Hmmm, I own a PX-7 that I'm likely selling soon. I may have to try this prior.umbrella wrote:E-mu Command Station.
