Hi,
I have plugged my sub 37 into my macbook and the presets listed in the Hardware presets are different to what is on my Sub 37. The Sub 37 has the correct presets on it and the hardware is all wrong and in the wrong order. I know that I should just be able to press "get' and download all the presets as they are on my sub 37 , but this is not working. Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

Also I want to find my USER sounds and save them in a folder somewhwere so that If I have to reinstall the whole thing plus the firmware I will still be able to add in my USER sounds that I have saved for live.
Re: Sub 37 editor
Are you plugging your USB directly into your computer or through a hub? I had editor issues until I plugged in directly. I believe that is recommended.
