Mod source 2 knob not responding. HELP!

Mod source 2 knob not responding. HELP!
All of a sudden my mod2 source knob doesnt respond. If i use the editor it responds selecting the 5 waveforms, but the hardware knob doesnt. All other functions from the mod2 work. I allready tried: Global init and to flash firmware 1.2 again with no luck. Any suggestions?
Moog sub 37. OSX 10.11.1 I7 4,5ghz quad core 32gb ram 64bit. Cubase 8.5 pro. Motu 16A. Motu midi expres XT. Novation sl49 mkII.

You should contact Moog's support. That sounds to me like the hardware control has failed
