Well, pretty much anyways. I decided to try loading the 2.1.20 into the Minitaur from my desktop instead of the laptop.
Everything went smoothly, and everything works as it should.
Osc. sync was the main thing I was wanting and YAY! - it works as it should and sounds great.
All the lfo types work as they should.
Funny thing is, after getting everything to work with the desktop, I hooked it back up to the laptop.
I had to do a patch sync, but after that, the OS version and editor version show correctly and everything works.
I try to keep a fairly clean system, but obviously something must have been messed up with the laptop.
I don't know what the hang up was, but I'm not going to take any chances changing anything.
I'm very happy with the way everything is working and sounding.
