Sync issues in editor- can't change LFO rate w/ Sync engagd

Basically I'm having an issue where I randomly can't change the LFO rate in the Mod section when Sync is engaged whilst using the editor. Like one minute everything works fine, and then the next it's like it locks up.

If I turn the Rate knob with Sync engaged, I see the Clock Div change in the editor, but the sound doesnt change, and the knob in the editor doesnt move. And vice versa, if Sync is not engaged, I see the knob move and the sound changes, but not the Clock Div in the editor, and it is not synced.

Basically the editor is glitching up and doesn't track correctly.

Any ideas? I'm on the latest firmware and everything.
