+1 for a good filter pedal.

Isn't the Minifooger Drive good enough?

Well, no. You can only sweep it with an external CV and the filter itself seems to be tuned narrowly.Isn't the Minifooger Drive good enough?
A new filter pedal would have, I think, an envelope follower for pick-wah effects, pole selection, frequency control, resonance control and an LFO (the inclusion of the LFO would make it better than the MF-101).
*EDIT* and the Drive's filter is only two pole, fixed resonance. Look, it's great to have that in the drive, but it is limited. A proper filter pedal would be a great addition to the line

I'd love a Mini Fooger reverb pedal. Either that, or a compression pedal.
Re: Minifoogers you would like to see in the future
Hi, newbie here, but a phaser would be nice, some reverb stuff, most of all a device or a stackable something with future expand options to control all units expression inputs with one expression pedal. Cheers, U.

I think it does a decent job at filter sweeps. I've posted this before, but here is a track using the MF-Drive and an EP-2 to create synth-type sounds from a Stratocaster. All the sounds came from the guitar, through the amp, and into an SM57.bichuelo wrote:Isn't the Minifooger Drive good enough?

I agree that a dedicated analogue reverb would be awesome. I know the delay can do that some but it would be great to have something focused primarily on analogue reverb. I don't think there are a lot of other analogue reverb pedals in the market in that price range.

An "analog reverb" is made with either real springs, a large metal plate, or an empty room with reflective walls (plus at least one mic and speaker).MaxFerency wrote:I agree that a dedicated analogue reverb would be awesome. Sadly, none of those will fit inside of a minifooger pedal.
{Edit: And no, I don't consider a few taps of an analog delay to be an "analog reverb".}

Ahh, that makes sense why there isn't really one on the market that size then. :-/

I've already posted this in a different category but, I feel strongly enough about it to post it again:MaxFerency wrote:Ahh, that makes sense why there isn't really one on the market that size then. :-/
The new Boss RV-6 Reverb sounds fantastic with synths:
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/RV6
It has Mono/Stereo Ins and Mono/Stereo Outs.
Play a gently-filtered Sawtooth into its MODULATE setting with the TONE and TIME cranked and you get instant Blade Runner.
(Not "kinda' like Blade Runner", but "Damn, that's it!")
At some point I hope to get a chance to make a video demonstrating this.
