SN 9816
Build date 10/15
Purchase date 11/15
Owner Me
Location - UK
Purchased at DV247
History - Came from Germany, although bought in UK. Metal Shaft on Filter cutoff pot. :D Top C key on keyboard not working properly, has to go past a resistance point to get it to work after which its ok for a couple of minutes, then bad again. Aftertouch dodgy on this key also. Unit is going back to DV247 for replacement. Hopefully will be a better one.

2nd one has come.
SN 8830
Build date 08/15
Purchase date 11/15
Owner - me again
Second try seems better. 2 months older but all keys are good and it has a metal shaft on the cutoff pot.

SN 101xx
Build date 11/15
Purchase date 12/15
Owner: Me
Location - Finland
Purchased from Thomann

This is my 2nd Sub 37. The first Sub 37 that I got in January 2015 was with serial 3xxx. Unfortunately I had to return it due to excessively wobbly knobs, 1 stuck button and scratches on the display surface. The sale was unresolved due to changes in eur-usd exchange rate, until I ordered a new Sub 37 in December 2015. This new Sub 37 with the serial 101xx feels totally different compared to the one from a year earlier. All potentiometers are much firmer and the cutoff pot is with metal shaft. No problems so far with this unit, looking and sounding excellent! :)

SN 8826
Build date 08/15
Purchase date 27/11

Bought from dv247 and shipped from Music Store in Germany. Plastic shaft which is odd and therefore wobbly pots - disappointing!

How come mine has a plastic shaft with SN 8826? Weren't they changed 3000 units ago?

an update from this thread http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.ph ... 70#p140545

SN: SBT 12xx (early run of plastic pot panel boards)
Purchase Date: Moog Store during Moogfest April 2014, delivered September 2014
Location: Asheville, NC
From: The Moog Store
Firmware: 1.0 at the time, now at 1.1 with Beta editor

No problems from 9/2014 until 11/2015, transported in ata case to 2 shows in that time frame. Left unit off for 4 weeks during studio rearrangement (Moogerfooger rack installation) then when powered on had immediate Filter cutoff pot failure between 9 o'clock & 2 o'clock positions. Still passes audio fine thru the editor. Created RMA, repaired by Moog at no charge, returned, all within 10 days. Local to Moog factory.

One update to my synth:
SBT 03673
After 10 months, the Filter Cutoff Pot issue has appeared. Many potentiometers are also wobbly and a strange metallic noise comes touching the mod wheel.

SN: 00175
Built Date: (left blank)
Owner: Future Science Records
Location: San Francisco
Arrived date: 8/5/2014
Purchased at: Sweetwater
History: I'm a SUB-37 early adopter, in that first batch of plastic filter pots, but have experienced no problems. My Sub continues to be a reliable instrument that's still making beautiful music for me - zero issues, zero complaints.

I *finally* got around to signing up to the board and doing this! I've been loving my Sub-37, used for various synth-punk & heavy space-rock projects.
