Post by jsharpphoto » Thu Nov 26, 2015 2:28 pm

So what is everyone going to buy with the discount? I just sold my motorcycle to buy a voyager XL.

A motorcycle is useful for getting you where you need to go.

A Voyager XL can take you places where a motorcycle never could. 8)

That's a very tempting discount. But maybe I can find the willpower to go with a pencil set instead :D

Nothing. I'm not so into paying someone to advertise their product.

What are you talking about? The 10% merch discount? I'm talking about the 20% discount on most synths.

I see no 20% discount, just the 10% on merch. (only thing I would want is a aftertouch upgrade and recalibrate of my old Voyager, anyway.)

20% discounts at participating dealers on Voyager XL, Werkstatt Kit, Minifoogers, Theremini.

I think both of those services are available at 20% off through the end of the year. Check the page in the "news" section about discontinuing the voyager.

But for the record.... I have no problem paying for a shirt with moog's logo on it. Generally, I prefer it wasn't JUST the logo, but I think most of the designs are interesting or funny. I liked the Ladder Filter design on the hoodie before they discontinued it, and the new "It's alive!" Shirt is pretty cool. If it was just the logo, I think that's fine for a giveaway item. But I don't have a problem paying $20 for a cool looking tshirt that promotes a brand I love. It's not like it's a generic shirt that just says "Fender" or "Harley Davidson"

I picked up the Theremini. I've wanted one for a while and 20% off was too good to pass up.
