Solaris,
That's awesome, sounds like they will be hard to get - good thing you grabbed one when you did.

I know it's not necessarily music related, but talk about exceptional engineering... 2011 Subaru Forester with plenty of synth storage 8)

Yeah yeah, another boring SUV...

I drive a twelve years old Toyota Corolla and Bob Moog was content on driving around in his, pictured below, and saving his money for more interesting stuff, like some of us prefer to do... But mine isn't as pretty as Bob's.

Yeah yeah, yourself

I drove the same Toyota Tacoma for 11 years and it was 3 years old when I got it (never buy brand new), and I put over a quarter million miles on it. My job requires a lot of traveling to remote areas, primarily watermelon fields

I'll probably rock this Subaru for 20+ years. (Also, calling a Forester "another boring SUV" is like calling a Sub37 "another boring keyboard" -not only is it an ill-informed misnomer, but a bold demonstration of ignorance as well). :D

I was simply drawing a comparison between Moog and Subaru because they're both industry leaders, known for superb quality and being the best at what they do.

BTW, not that it's your place to judge, but I spend plenty of my money on music gear and the like, quite honestly too much money.

Hi Donutdude (very cool nickname !)
Indeed I'm very impatient to play this dominion 1, ordered ~ 4 weeks ago before it becomes trendy with Nick's video :)
In fact I wanted to buy it since a long time but preferred to wait few batches (you know bad experiences with first batches ) MFB stuffs are really amazing sonic wise, vintage sound with modern features. Moog has a more modern sound and a bit less raw if I may say from my little experience with sub patty/ sub 37 (but still very appreciated when searching for a simple Moog bass/lead very fast)

I'd tend to compare Moog Music more to Bentley : each cars made by hand, goes up in value with time, considered premium quality, priced accordingly.

I am saving money for the Eventide PitchFactor Harmonizer.
Although they say it's for guitars and bas, I think it will be a nice compagnon with my SubPhatty!

Feeding the modular beast by adding a Dotcom Portable 11-Space cabinet, a Q127 Fixed Filter Bank and Q140 FFB Aid, plus an Encore Electronics Universal Event Generator that does complex envelopes, LFO looping, and can also act as an 8-step sequencer:

More knobs = more fun :D

I've been doing a lot of "chores" lately.

I bought a s**tload of midi cables, guitar leads, and 3.5m leads for new studio setup.

Also waiting for a midi quadra thru to arrive.

And a daisy chain made specifically for the volcas.

Basically the second three-tier keyboard stand I got last month has turned my life, and studio into a dream!

Sometimes you just gotta spend the money and time on basics.

Awesome combination.

You might want to invest in the Ken Rich Wurlitzer Straddlers:

They are 80 bucks but they might have a scratch and dent.

I own a ca. '77 200a and the Voyager. The Micromoog barely stays on there due to the music stand screws. I have concerns about mounting anything heavy on there due to the plastic case and the metal shield.

Great combo!

I think I hear the mothership coming.

I've seen the straddlers, very cool. Thought about making my own out of wood. The Voyager is actually on an X-stand that's behind the Wurly. Here's a Nord Stage 2 thrown in. :)
