Yeah, it's kind of a wacky bag.

I'm using rack mounted foogers which just squeek into the bag on the rack mount. I lay one down, put two dividers on top and then another. Basically what you have done works too. It gets quite heavy with all that gear in there and almost to hard to carry, but it does hold the weight. It gets the job done.

It should really be re-designed so the sides have a backbone like the dividers do, maybe one or two full width dividers that have Hook & loop attachment for the shorter dividers, as well as two handles in place of the shoulder strap mounting places. Then two people could carry it like an amp head.
Vibration emanates from all things, even nothing. Using awareness to translate vibration into "music" is something that I am whole heartedly grateful for.
