Another little demo, anyone ? (almost exclusively Minimoog D) Miam!
It will only take about a minute of your time to check it out. If you do, thanks for doing so. :D

I suppose this could have been tied in with a "post your latest purchase" post, maybe I'll get to that later. I got an Arturia Microbrute a few weeks ago and I love it. Can't get enough of it. Anyway, I'll use the proper thread to gush about my new gear. Here's a piece of ambient music I did with the Microbrute as the only sound source. I ran it through a Boss loop station, and just improvised until I had a bunch of loops going. That went through the trusty EHX Cathedral to produce the big cathedral sound. What's that called? Reverb. Yes. Blah blah blah. Right. Anyway, here it is: https://soundcloud.com/kennethgregorybr ... ruary-27th

Alain, have you ever heard of Kebu? Some of your tunes remind me of him. That is definitely a good thing. :)
Also, love the rafkey cover. I checked out some of his stuff and love it, so I followed him. Thanks for shedding some light on a great artist who certainly deserves it!

You're welcome Kenneth. And thanks for the kind words also.

Yes, I know Sebastian (AKA Kebu of Kebunator) well. He's been my friend from Finland for a few years now. I knew his work before he became well known, to the point of getting gigs and dealing with Stahl Entertainment Ltd for bookings. He's a really great guy and full of talent. He has a few videos on YouTube also of some of his gigs in clubs around Helsinki.

Just wanted to share a "jam" I've made, using the Little Phatty and a Prophet 08.

When I say this is a jam, it's because we use the same backing track to create something with it... and that's limiting in some ways (although we can do pretty much anything we want). It's some kind of fun game that I do with some friends.

The Moog is responsible for most of bass-duties (except the transition), a theremin-like lead and the arpeggio.
The DSI does all pads and the main lead sound.
The voice part is me, singing thru a cheap generic celphone earplug/mic.

I hope you enjoy it! :)
Cheers!!

The track has a Minitaur bassline and a Voyager sound.

Some really cool posts in this topic!

I've been posting some stuff recently where you'll hear a Minitaur and a couple of Phatty's along with some other mostly analog gear (JX8p, Microwave, SCI Six-Trak).

I posted this in the voyager forum, but since this is more appropriate, I thought i'd share here. Did a remix competition and used moog gear HEAVILY on this. Enjoy!

I made versions of the entire Metroid (NES) soundtrack, using only a Moog Sub Phatty. Check it out!

noise, drones, fuzz, delay, filter sweeps, feedback and low frequencies - that's love.
