I have a memorymoog (Rudi Linhards LAMM version) and I was curious about the model- and serialnumbers. Not just for the LAMM but for all "memories" . I couldn't find it on the internet, but found it for the mini (Lord of the Minimoog has that part covered). So... does anyone know something about it.
btw. The usermanual states modelnumber 345 but mine is 345 B ??
Memorymoog serialnumbers ?
Memorymoog #1109.
Bought from Peter Forrest of the Book "A to Z of Analogue Synthesisers" (crazy British spelling!), It's the actual one in the photos within the book, and on the back cover.
Beleived to have previously been owned by Bob Williams of 'Analogue Solutions'?
Came to me non-functioning, but my techie guy (Kent Spong of KSR/rlmusic - London, UK) fixed her up real good . . when I hear comments about reliability I find it hard to comprehend as my memorymoog powers up all 6 voices everytime and actually stays in tune for long periods . . . I might just be lucky?

Now this what I found so far.
MODEL S/N
?? 1109
345A 1125 ( LAMM )
345B 1288 ( LAMM )
345B 1425 X ( LAMM )
345A 1484 ( LAMM )
345B 1793 X ( LAMM )
345A 2608 ( LAMM )
345A 2877 ( LAMM )
345A 3649 B ( memory plus)
?? 3674 ( memory plus)
What I don't know is: why the A, B suffix in the serialnumber. It has nothing to do with wether it is a PLUS-model or not.
So..... The search continues !!!!!
Rudi Linhard partner Stefan Hund has good pictures of them:

When Rudi does the conversion to MM+ models he actually reverts the + features back to a standard MM (removing the sequencer and basic MIDI), so it's feasable for a LAMM MM to be both a standard MM and a MM+
Confusing I know but that might explain why some LAMMs have an A and B prefix?
