Hello it is possible to make the Update with the normal DIN midi and Not with the USB ?

I think that is not possible.

Though the manual does not go into details of how to update the OS, it does say this under 'Appendix E - Specifications':
Operating System:
Flash upgradeable via MIDI SysEx.
This would imply that either the 'MIDI DIN' or the 'USB Type B Port (MIDI over USB)' would work equally well. All you need is something that will send the OS update file (like MIDI OX).

You can try, but text next to the update clearly says:
NOTE: You *MUST* use USB MIDI to send the update; it will not work via standard MIDI connection.
