Re: Looking for a Brass Knob
I also did post three emails, last one today, no answers yet and no knob.
Hopefully Moog is not forgetting his customers paying tens of thousands dollars to them !
Once upon a time people at Moog were very helpfull and personal contact was always great ( thanks again Heidi). After SHE left, the contact was never the same.
Is it so hard to inform people in one single bulk email telling the status? Come on, all the extra messages containing info on new gear is overwelming. After sales ...
And Sunny Pedaal, I have never recieved any sticker at all ever. jammer hoor.

really don't hope moog is going to make a fool off itself over a brass knob, don't .. it isn't even golden, so no excuse of the mob having it intercepted pleasesunny pedaal wrote:NO "golden" knobs in the netherlands yet.
the dutch synthforum members are following this topic with great interest !
