Minitaur and 'Foogers

Post by r05c03 » Wed Jul 17, 2013 10:58 pm

I would love to be able to run the MT through the Freq Box and Ring Mod and then back into the MT to be filtered and hear that audio...no way to do that, is there?

Technically, there is a way if you use synth's headphone output as an aux line and then return the processed audio to the line input of MT.
But you probably will get a constanlty increasing distorted feedback loop.

Exact: feedback will mess it all.

You would need to have spearate and different outputs one the Minitaur.

Though I have to say, I hooked things up in the following way MT > Freq Box > Input Track on Electron Octatrack....and HOLY CRAP, with the filters set right on the OT, what crunchy overwhelming low end. Whoa.

Headphone outputs may be a little hot for the MF pedals. Just make sure the output volume on the MT isn't too high.

Headphone out in to 'footers and in to the external in works well. It is a little hot, not too bad. Still sounded better running it out of the main out, into the foogers, and then into the OT input and through the OT filters....Wow what a low end.
