Strange new musical piece recorded today.
With the usual stars: Minimoog D, DR-110, Alesis Ion, MFB Kraftzwerg modular.
Thanks to my Mini having MIDI now, I can control my little modular (which has an integrated MIDI-to-CV) from it.
The DR-110 was taking care of the trigger signals to the modular, while its pitch was controlled in real time by me playing the bass line on the Minimoog.
The modular has three oscillators that were tuned to produce a major chord, and an out-of-sync lfo was moving the filter cutoff around.
The two lead synths were, again, the Minimoog on multi-track.
The phaser chords were from the Alesis Ion, with its onboard phaser effect.
Enjoy, if you can. Criticism, good or bad, is welcome.

I like it. The phased strings are nice.
It would be nice to add some glide on the MINI for a few notes.
Really happy sounding.

Music can Name the Unnamable and Communicate the Unknowable.
'I am... everything is... changed... they're calling... your face... interwoven... who is...' Patient mumbles inaudibly to a tune (sounds like 'Thanks for the memory).

Yes. Good suggestion about the glide notes. It would "glue" things together and move away, for a moment, from the very syncopated feel. Noted. Thanks.
Yeah, major chords only will tend to do that...analoghaze wrote:...Really happy sounding.
