Anyone out there experiencing extremely slow Moog Guitar service lately? I got an RMA and shipped my guitar to the factory in JULY... It's now NOVEMBER and I am still waiting. I've emailed. I've called. No response lately.
I've had service done by Moog before and they've always come through. What's changed??
Is Moog Guitar service being discontinued or something?
