Anyone with experience shipping LP from Canada to Moog?

I'm wondering if anyone here has shipped their LP from Canada (I'm in Ottawa) to Moog? And if so, can you let me know what you paid, and if there are any hassles to be aware of regarding the border/customs? I've been asking for info on the CV out upgrade from the Canadian distributor, but not getting much response, so I need to consider other options. Thanks...

eugene at long & mcquaide in toronto was going to do the v2.0 update for me...i havent done it yet...im not sure if they can do the cv out mod as i havent asked yet.

Im in Wasaga Beach....not too far from you as the crow flies lol

as for cost to NC....well its gonna be over $500 for shipping and update after can -> US $$ exchange :(

That's what I was afraid of. I've been trying to get an answer from SF Marketing in Montreal as to whether they can do it (Amos pointed me to them as a licensed Moog shop), but for the last week they haven't been responding

Please post here if you find that L+M is able to do the mod, because taking it to Toronto myself would be an option...
