I just bought the Little Phatty Stage two and I have been having a problem. Last night was when I first plugged it in and tried to play it. The first time I turned it on, everything looked fine. All the buttons lit up, but I had forgotten to bring an amp into the other room. I got that set up and was ready to play. I turned on the amp then tried turning on the LP. It made this high pitched swirling noise and gave me an error. I can't remember the exact wording, (I wrote it down on a note pad but can't seem to find it) but It was something about send code error. I'm not sure.
I went to bed feeling disappointed. Today I tried to see if it was working. Same high pitched noise, but no error message appears. No matter what I press, whether it be keys or buttons, nothing happens. I'm not sure what to do so any help would be a great relief.

Call Tech Support @ (800)948-1990.
Not sure if you bought your Stage II new from an authorized dealer or on eBay (!) but Moog support can help you in either case.

Answering your question Mike, I did buy mine from an authorized source. I'll probably call technical support later, just seeing if I can get an answer on the internet first.
