Very, very soon.

It will first be available exclusively through audioMIDI.com; I think the current plan is for it to go live this Wednesday, September 24th.

The necessary firmware update for your Little Phatty is already up on our website. :)

I searched AudioMIDI.com today and did not see the Editor listed.
There was a bug that caused problems in Cubase SX2/SX3 which we fixed, but I am still waiting for ReKon to send us the Mac OS builds of the fixed version... this might have something to do with the delay.

As for an AU version, we might have to find someone to port the plug to AU... I think ReKon writes VSTs only. I know there are a lot of Logic users out there though, so I'm certainly interested in doing a port. I think we will need to find someone who can do it, and then there may be some contractual negotiations involved since ReKon has some protected intellectual property in the VST. Here's hoping we can work it all out. :)

AudioMidi.com is supposed to be selling it now. I don't know what their deal is. Whether they ever come through or not, around the end of this month their exclusive deal to (apparently, fail to) sell the VST Editor comes to an end, and at that point it will be available directly from Moog.

Will it be available for free or Moog will be able to sell it at the end of the month?

It will not be for free; it is a commercial software product like all ReKon editors. The only difference is that this one was commissioned by and will be sold through Moog Music.
