Silent Way

this should be great to automate CVs on moggerfoogers and little phattys locked to your sequences by drawing the waveshapes on automation lanes, all without having to blow a billion dollars in kenton gear..lol

As far as I can tell, the "VOLTA" is for Mac, not PC. I wish someone would prove me wrong, b/c i'm a PC

Currently Volta is MAC only, but that will probably change since it's such a popular program.

You SHOULD be a Mac. I'm a Mac. Used to be a PC until "Windows has performed an error and will be shut down. Press any key to see details or Ctrl+Alt+Del to continue" Ring any bells?

Please don't start a MAC vs PC argument. Nothing good will come of it.

Soon to be the proud recipient of the CV out upgrade.

If any of you followed my 'LP on an airplane' plea, you'll know that I took a trip to the promised land (Asheville) and personally dropped off my Tribute for the 2.1t upgrade and what will be the CV output mods.

Having not seen an official posting for this upgrade as available, I had merely a secret hope that I could convince the guys to give my LP the full treatment.

First of all, the folks there at Moog were great and I want to thank Jason and the guys for showing me around the assembly area and giving me access to the demo room, etc. It was a long trip (4 hr. drive from RTP and a white knuckled drive down to Charlotte to catch my flight home) but after seeing the Moog movie, I just HAD to see the operation and meet the people behind these great products.

If you are really ready to pull the trigger, do as Amos originally said and "call Moog".

Oh, hi there! Sorry about that. Yes, the CV output mod has been released. Come and get 'em. :)

Works like a dream... two envelopes, pitch, gate, and the mod bus... Makes the LP quite a powerful little analog controller (and midi to CV, and more)!

Just call or email if you would like this modification for your LP. Cost for Moog factory installation is $199 +shipping.
This is not available as a DIY kit, but we can certainly work with our regional Moog service centers to make this mod available for our customers outside the USA.

Cheers,

Amos
