LP Plastic Wire Clip

Hello all,
Bit of a random question here but I’ll ask anyway. Recently when taking my LP Stage II out I noticed a rattling sound. I opened the chassis and it appeared the white stick-on wire clip holding the ribbon cable from the main board had broken off. The other one is hanging on by a thread. Does anyone know where I can get replacement clips? I contacted Moog a few weeks ago and got no reply. I realize it’s not essential to have these but I like everything to be tidy on the inside of the instrument.
