Little Phatty modulation not working

Hi I have just bought a moog lp and have noticed that the mod wheel and the mod section are not working . I have checked that it is not set to midi and have stripped the synth down to access the bender /mod wheel assembly to check the connections . Would debugging the synth solve the problem ? Any pointers please .

maybe this is a dumb question, but when you click on the amount, is the knob all the way down? if the amount is at zero, then you will not hear it do anything at all.

I wanted to suggest the same thing, but i would also assume he tried with more than one preset? They can't all possibly be with the mod amount all the way down?
